1. Animacja społeczno-kulturowa
Specjalność przygotowuje zaangażowanych i kreatywnych specjalistów w zakresie animacji kultury, zarządzania projektami społecznymi, oraz realizacji działań kulturalno-oświatowych i edukacyjnych. Program specjalności pozwala na zdobycie zasobu wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji społecznych, umożliwiających profesjonalne działanie animacyjne, przebiegające w społecznościach lokalnych i instytucjach/placówkach kultury, którego istotnymi elementami są: diagnoza potrzeb, planowanie, inicjowanie oraz ewaluacja działań, projektów i przedsięwzięć animacyjnych. Absolwenci specjalności są ponadto przygotowani do inicjowania działań projektowych, kampanii społecznych i lokalnych wydarzeń kulturalnych.Absolwenci specjalności mogą znaleźć zatrudnienie w instytucjach kultury (domy kultury, galerie, kina, teatry, muzea), w podmiotach sektora pozarządowego (fundacje i stowarzyszenia), w dedykowanych kulturze i sprawom społecznym wydziałach samorządów lokalnych (np. biura marketingu, wydziały ds. promocji kultury), a także w sektorze komercyjnym (firmy eventowe, prywatne instytucje kultury, agencje turystyczne). Mogą podjąć pracę w zawodach: pedagog animacji kulturalnej, animator kultury, animator czasu wolnego młodzieży, organizator imprez rozrywkowych/eventów, pracownik galerii/muzeum.
2. Edukacja medialna i techniki dziennikarskie
Specjalność przygotowuje kompetentnych i refleksyjnych specjalistów – innowatorów w zakresie edukacji medialnej, swobodnie posługujących się zarówno nowymi technologiami, jak i wybranymi technikami dziennikarskimi. Absolwenci specjalności posiadają wiedzę umożliwiającą rozumienie zjawisk i procesów medialnych oraz ich znaczenie dla współczesnego człowieka, a także umiejętności pozwalające na jej wykorzystanie podczas świadomego i krytycznego projektowania różnorodnych przekazów medialnych i ich efektywnego zastosowania w działalności edukacyjnej, promocyjnej oraz twórczej w obszarze współpracy z mediami. Absolwenci specjalności są przygotowani do pracy w sektorze medialnym (PR i reklama, portale internetowe, media społecznościowe etc.) oraz komercyjnym (np. firmy eventowe, szkoleniowe). Łącząc kompetencje pedagogiczne i medialne, mogą podejmować pracę w nowych zawodach, takich jak: pedagog mediów, dydaktyk multimedialny, metodyk edukacji na odległość, specjalista ds. uzależnień od mediów cyfrowych.
3. Psychopedagogika kreatywności
Specjalność kształci przedsiębiorczych i twórczych pedagogów wyposażonych w kompetencje przyszłości, pozwalające m.in. na rozpoznawanie i stymulowanie kreatywności oraz nauczanie twórczości dzieci, młodzieży i osób dorosłych. Studia przygotowują do: prowadzenia treningów, szkoleń i zajęć ukierunkowanych na rozwijanie kreatywności; prowadzenia sesji twórczego rozwiązywania problemów w organizacjach i instytucjach; projektowania autorskich programów, metod, gier i pomocy edukacyjnych oraz pobudzania aktywności twórczej poprzez planowanie i wdrażanie projektów działań twórczych dla różnych grup odbiorców. Specjalność przygotowuje do pracy w sektorze publicznym i prywatnym m.in. w instytucjach edukacyjnych, ośrodkach edukacji twórczej, firmach szkoleniowych, fundacjach i stowarzyszeniach, domach kultury, salach zabaw, ośrodkach doskonalenia nauczycieli, ośrodkach badawczych oraz przedsiębiorstwach stawiających na twórczy rozwój pracowników oraz generowanie innowacji. Dzięki interdyscyplinarnemu programowi kształcenia, absolwenci specjalności są przygotowani do pracy na stanowiskach: wykładowca na kursach (edukator, trener) w firmach szkoleniowych oraz działach rozwoju pracowników, specjalisty do spraw organizacji szkoleń, projektanta usług edukacyjnych, metodyka kształcenia twórczego, menadżera projektów w organizacjach pozarządowych, animatora czasu wolnego młodzieży (pracownik młodzieżowy).
4. Edukacja dorosłych i coaching kariery zawodowej
Specjalność przygotowuje do pracy edukacyjnej z osobami dorosłymi oraz doprowadzenia profesjonalnej działalności coachingowej z indywidualnym klientem oraz zespołem lub grupą. Program specjalności umożliwia uzyskanie podstawowej wiedzy pedagogicznej, psychologicznej i socjologicznej niezbędnej do zrozumienia społeczno-kulturowego kontekstu edukacji osób dorosłych, specyfiki pracy z dorosłymi oraz do konstruowania drogi rozwoju zawodowego człowieka dorosłego. Kształcenie na specjalności pozwala również na nabycie praktycznych umiejętności w zakresie komunikacji społecznej, diagnozowaniapotrzeb edukacyjnych, tworzenia własnego warsztatu metodycznego i prowadzenia działalności w obszarze edukacji pozaformalnej. Absolwentka/absolwent może podjąć pracę w zawodach: organizator edukacji dorosłych; wykładowca na kursach (edukator, trener); pracownik działów szkoleniowych przedsiębiorstw i firm szkoleniowych; nauczyciel w placówkach pozaszkolnych) i w placówkach oświatowych edukacji dorosłych; pracownik agencji zatrudnienia, specjalista w działach związanych z zarządzaniem karierą i rozwojem zawodowym; pracownik działów marketingu i reklamy oraz redakcji portali edukacyjnych; pracownik organizacji pozarządowych, działających na polu edukacji dorosłych i wspomagania zatrudnienia. fundamental principles underlying the creation and development of various forms of entrepreneurship; in particular: - has fundamental knowledge about the education's position within the system of sciences, its subject and methodological connections with other scientific disciplines, knows its terminology used within education and its subdisciplines, as well as related scientific disciplines, - demonstrates structured knowledge about education and teaching and their philosophical, socio-cultural, historical, biological, and psychological foundations, and knows fundamental theories concerning these processes, - knows selected concepts of human: philosophical, psychological, and social, as well as theories of human development, which constitute the theoretical foundation of educational activity, - knows the most important traditional and contemporary education trends and systems, understands their historical and cultural determinants, and their participation in the discourse on contemporary civilisation dilemmas, - has basic knowledge about types of social structures and institutions of social life as well as diverse educational environments - their unique characteristics and processes occurring within them, - has expanded knowledge about the structure and functions of the education system; goals, legal bases, organisation, and functioning of various educational, teaching, care, therapeutic, cultural, and assistance institutions, alternative forms of education as well as knowledge about inclusive education and strategies of implementing the principle of inclusion, - has basic knowledge about designing and conducting research in education science and social sciences, especially about research problems, methods, techniques, and research tools, - has detailed subject-specific knowledge regarding conducting educational activities in the field specified by the study specialisation, - for teaching specialisations also: - has detailed knowledge about the role of the teacher in shaping students' attitudes and behaviours, - has detailed knowledge about designing and conducting diagnostic research in educational practice in relation to appropriate educational stages while taking into account diverse educational needs of students, - has detailed knowledge about norms, procedures, and good practices applied at the selected stage and in the area of educational activity, as well as teaching/methodology of conducting classes and selecting effective teaching aids, - has detailed knowledge about participants in educational, teaching, and care activities - including their rights - within the scope specified by the study specialisation, - for teaching specialisations also: - is aware of the unique characteristics of students with diverse educational needs, especially the gifted ones, - knows interpersonal and social communication processes, their regularities, and disturbances, - has basic knowledge regarding first aid as well as occupational health and safety in educational, care, cultural, and assistance institutions, and for teaching specialisations, and knows the basics of functioning and pathology of the speech apparatus, - knows basic economic, legal, and other conditions of various types of professional activities related to the studied specialisation, and has knowledge about designing own development path and improving personal etiquette, - possesses structured knowledge about ethical principles and norms and their applications regarding fundamental dilemmas of contemporary civilisation, - knows basic regulations and norms concerning intellectual property and copyright, - has basic knowledge about entrepreneurship in the education sector; - In terms of SKILLS, can use acquired knowledge to formulate and solve complex and unusual problems, and carry out tasks in not entirely predictable conditions by proper selection of sources and information derived from them, assessing, critically analysing, and synthesising this information, selecting and applying appropriate methods and tools, including advanced information and communication techniques (ICT); apply acquired knowledge to formulate and solve problems and perform tasks typical for professional activities related to the studied specialisation; communicate with the environment using specialised terminology; engage in debates presenting and evaluating various opinions and perspectives and discuss them during the debate; exhibits language proficiency aligned with B2 level requirements of the European Framework of Reference for Languages; plan and organise individual work and cooperate with others as part of teamwork (including interdisciplinary work); independently plan and execute lifelong learning; - in particular: - can observe and interpret social phenomena; can formulate conclusions, compile and present findings (using ICT), and indicate directions for further research, - can evaluate the usefulness of conventional methods, procedures, and good practices in executing tasks related to various spheres of educational activity; can devise solutions to specific educational problems and forecast the course of their resolution and predict the consequences of planned activities, - teaching specialisations also: - can use information and communication technologies for the effectiveness of the educational, teaching, and care processes, - can work with children from culturally diverse backgrounds and those with limited knowledge of the Polish language, - can provide first aid, - can animate work on the development of participants in educational processes and support their independence in acquiring knowledge, develop their key competencies, and inspire actions towards lifelong learning; effectively assist in informed and responsible decision-making in educational and professional matters, - can follow principles and ethical norms in the undertaken activities, perceive and analyse ethical dilemmas; anticipate the consequences of specific educational actions, - possesses developed interpersonal communication skills, can use specialised language and communicate precisely and coherently using various channels and communication techniques with education experts as well as with audiences outside the circle of specialists, - can present and evaluate different opinions and positions and discuss them actively in debates, - for teaching specialisations also: - uses speech apparatus in accordance with the principles of voice emission, - can plan and organise individual and teamwork, - can cooperate with others and work in a team, fulfilling various roles, - can independently acquire knowledge and develop professional skills, using various sources (in native and foreign language) and modern technologies (ICT), as well as analyse own actions and identify areas requiring modification, - possesses language skills within the relevant field of study consistent with the requirements specified for the B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages; - In terms of SOCIAL COMPETENCIES, is prepared to critically assess own knowledge and the content received; acknowledge the significance of knowledge in solving cognitive and practical problems and seek expert opinions when facing difficulties in solving problems independently; fulfil social obligations, co-organise activities for the benefit of the social environment; initiate action for the public interest; think and act in an entrepreneurial manner; responsibly fulfil professional roles, including adhering to professional ethics and expecting others to do the same while caring for the profession's achievements and traditions;
