Outdoor Wellness Practices: from Experience to Growth 00-0F-OWP
The subject is aimed at people who want to extend their knowledge and skills in using nature in developmental and therapeutic work. People who enjoy spending time in nature regardless of the weather are invited.
The aim of the course is to introduce participants to the theory and practice of selected outdoor practices that use contact with nature to improve mental and physical health. The classes combine elements of nature therapy, ecotherapy and other methods to promote personal growth and well-being of participants.
This subject consists of 5 meetings conducted once a month, each lasting 6 hours. The classes include both theory and practical exercises carried out in the field.
