Studia na kierunku Pedagogika (stacjonarne II stopnia) specjalność: Pedagogika pracy i zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi przygotowują kompetentnych pedagogów pracy i specjalistów ds. zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w zakresie kwalifikacji ogólnozawodowych i podstawowych dla zawodu. Program specjalności umożliwia uzyskanie rozszerzonej wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji społecznych w zakresie przygotowania do pracy z ludźmi, strategicznego zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, w tym w zakresie komunikacji społecznej, posługiwania się warsztatem diagnostycznym rekrutera, wspierania rozwoju zawodowego człowieka w kontekście potrzeb organizacji. Ponadto, umożliwia uzyskanie podstawowej wiedzy z zakresu zakładania i prowadzenia własnej działalności gospodarczej oraz problematyki bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy, w ramach obowiązujących regulacji prawnych.
Absolwent/ka jest przygotowany/a do pracy w charakterze pedagoga pracy i specjalisty ds. zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi oraz w zawodach pokrewnych, m.in. jako analityk pracy, specjalista ds. kadr, specjalista ds. rekrutacji pracowników, specjalista ds. rozwoju zawodowego, pośrednik pracy. Posiada podstawowe kwalifikacje wymagane przy zatrudnieniu w działach personalnych i szkoleniowych różnych zakładów pracy, w urzędach pracy, w instytucjach pośrednictwa pracy i doradztwa personalnego.
